Over and over, I watched brilliant, hardworking international professionals struggle—not because they lacked talent or dedication, but because they were never taught the invisible rules of Western workplace culture.

They had the degrees. They had the skills. But they didn’t have the cultural decoder ring that their colleagues inherited by osmosis.

I built Cognitio Academy to change that. To explicitly teach what’s usually left unsaid. To create a community where international and bilingual professionals can learn, practice, and grow together—without pretending to be someone they’re not.
